Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. The emirate includes the cities of Musfout and Manama, as well as the city of Ajman, which is the capital of the headquarters of the Governor's Office and the headquarters of the departments and government institutions. Within three decades, Ajman has been able to be the investment front in the region, opening a window to the world through trade and industry and supporting investors with a set of laws and regulations to achieve the vision of wise leadership.

Ajman’s culture is steeped in exceptional hospitality. It is an inherited tradition borne out of the austere natural environment and the resulting emphasis on receiving and providing for guests. Manama area

Located in the plains at the foothills of the Hajar Mountains to the east of Ajman, Manama is about an hour's drive from city centre. It has a quiet, residential feel, making it a popular getaway for city dwellers.

Economic Procedure

●   Trade Name Reservation
This service allows the customer to book the trade name according to the applicable conditions as a fundamental step to applying for a commercial, industrial or professional license.
●   Initial Approval
A commercial license for an activity requires that the applicant obtains preliminary approval from the Economic Department.
●   New License
A business license is a certificate issued by a licensing authority that allows a natural or legal person to engage in a particular activity following the legal requirements and conditions of that activity.
●   Renew License
The holder of any commercial license must renew the license on an annual basis. In order to avoid fines, renewal must be made before the license expires.
●   New Permit
Permission is an official document issued by the Department of Economic Development. It requires the existence of an actual license as a prerequisite for issuing a permit and the nature of the matter authorized to permit homogeneous license activity.
●   New Certificate
It's a service that allows the client to obtain a certificate submitted to some official authorities to retrieve the value of a bank guarantee or state that the client does not have any licenses or disclosure of the licenses owned or obtaining the consent of the police and other services.
●   Cancel License
This service allows the customer to apply for cancellation of the license provided that the required conditions for cancellation are met. The licensee is entitled to apply for this service. This service is provided by the commercial registration sector.
●   Fraud Complain Request
This service allows the customer to submit a fraud complaint. To submit a complaint.
●   Stakeholder Fines
This service allows the customers to pay their fines.
