خطوات تقديم الخدمة

  • 1 تقديم الطلب ودفع الرسوم المطلوبة وإرفاق الوثائق المطلوبة
  • 2 في حال الفحوصات الخارجية يتم تحديد موعد النزول الميداني وفي حال الفحوصات المخبرية يتم تسليم العينات من قبل مقدم الطلب (حضور شخصي)
  • 3 في حال الفحوصات الخارجية يتم االنزول الميداني للمعاينة
  • 4 يتم ارسال تقرير نتائج الفحص عبر النظام حسب نوع الفحص المطلوب (من يوم عمل إلى 30 يوم عمل حسب نوع الفحص)
