Rental Of Advertising Spaces And Billboards

An annual investment contract that allows the beneficiary to use the Emirate’s lighting poles, central islands, and roadsides for installing advertising billboards at a fixed rate specified within the advertising billboard fee table.

  • Request to rent spaces from the advertising company

  • Valid ID card

  • Valid passport (for residents)

  • A detailed list of the locations to be rented with the billboard type and pictures for the location if the billboard is located on rooftops

  • An attachment of an approval letter from the consultant (Building Management)

Process

  • 1 Submitting the request form with a study on the project through one of the service delivery channels
  • 2 Processing the request, issuing approval or rejection within 5 business days and notifying the customer
  • 3 Ratifying a contract (constitutive contract) or a permit between the two parties
  • 4 Collecting the rental value and handing the lessee a copy of the payment receipt
  • 5 Preparing an investment contract or a temporary permit for the lessee and providing the lessee with a copy
  • 6 Handing over the specified site to the lessee by the Investments Department
