Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. The emirate includes the cities of Musfout and Manama, as well as the city of Ajman, which is the capital of the headquarters of the Governor's Office and the headquarters of the departments and government institutions. Within three decades, Ajman has been able to be the investment front in the region, opening a window to the world through trade and industry and supporting investors with a set of laws and regulations to achieve the vision of wise leadership.

Commercial licenses: These licenses are issued to companies wishing to conduct commercial activities in the free zone:

●   Commercial license (1 activity)
●   Commercial License (2 Activities)
●   Commercial License (3 activities)
●   Commercial License (General Trading)

E-commerce licenses: These licenses are issued to companies wishing to engage in e-commerce activities. The license provides technical and marketing support to these companies.

Service licenses: The service license is issued to those wishing to carry out service activities within the free zone. For example: consultation, management studies, and information technology consultation.

Industrial licenses: It attracts specialized investors in the industries who aspire to conduct their operations from the United Arab Emirates. The license bestows upon its holder the privilege of industrial endeavors in accordance with the environmental standards and industrial policies of the nation. Complemented by the distinctive role of the Ajman Free Zone in providing intelligent warehouses and supplementary storage spaces, it consolidates all the aspirations of investors into a singular, strategic location.

National Industry License: These licenses are issued to industrial companies that meet the following criteria:
●   The company must be registered with the national GCC countries and own the majority share of the partnership (51% or more)
●   At least 40% of the manufacturing process must take place within the free zone
●   Companies with a national license are eligible to obtain the license-exempt from customs duties on exports from the Arab states of the GCC
