Private School License Issuance

This service involves issuing a license for a new private school in the emirate of Ajman.

 

 

Procedures

  • Click on start the service

  • Register or log in to your account or UAEPass

  • Pay the prescribed application fee (AED 700)

  • Complete the online form and attach the required documents

  • Pay the fees for the issuance of the school license

  • A copy of your school license will be sent to your registered email ID

  • Note: The accepted file format is PDF, and the size limit for each file is 2 MB

Documents

  • A valid passport

  • A valid Emirates ID

  • Family book for citizens or residence for non-nationals

  • Fill out the acquaintance document of the license owner(s)

  • Good conduct certificate

  • Academic plan

  • The engineering plan issued by an approved engineering office

  • Land plot

  • Facilities form

  • Copy of the official license of the legal entity in the event of partnerships

  • A building investment contract is established between the owner of the building and the owner of the license in the case of a school building being put up for rent
