Electricity and Water Bill Payment

A service allowing users the capability to settle electricity and water bills through,

  • Ajman.ae website by clicking here
  • AjmanOne app by clicking here

Procedures

  • Customer should have UAEPass account, FEWA account details to be added in AjmanOne APP or Ajman.ae, and proceed with payments

  • Service Center: Pay the due amount at the cashiers counter

  • Eservices and Smart Phone Service: Select the Payment Service to pay the due amount,The reconnection fees will be added to the bill

Documents

  • Use a valid credit card and email address.

  • The maximum payment via credit card is AED 20,000.00

  • Payment are accepted via credit cards issued in GCC region.

  • The maximum use of a credit card is 5 transactions a day.
