A Private School was established in 1992 with campuses in three areas: Al Jarf, Al Naimiya, and Masfoot. It is co-educational up to the fourth grade, after which the school has separate classes for boys and girls starting from the fifth grade (elementary stage). The school follows the Ministry of Education curriculum in the United Arab Emirates across all age groups and academic stages.

The school's academic stages are divided as follows:

Kindergarten stage, which includes Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2.

The foundational stage, known as "Cycle One," spans from the first to the sixth grade.

Middle stage, known as "Cycle Two," spans from the seventh to the ninth grade.

The secondary stage, known as "Cycle Three," covers grades ten through twelve.

Al Hikmah Private School welcomes students from other schools starting from the ninth grade, subject to conditions related to the student's preference and academic performance. The curriculum includes intensive subjects in scientific areas such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
