Human Resources Department

It is the authority responsible for supervising regulatory affairs related to government human resources in the Emirate, developing policies and strategic plans for human resources and Emiratisation systems, preparing and providing a database for employees, systems and programs to implement the digital transformation of human resources operations, in addition to developing plans and programs for training and qualification and preparing leaders to keep pace with modern developments and raise levels of government performance.
