This service aims to automate the request for inspection at the request of the establishment online, where customer can request for inspection online without approaching any customer service centers, through DED website or smart application.

Process

  • 1 Register to the Website / Smart Application
  • 2 fill in the inspection form
  • 3 pay fees online
  • 4 get inspection approval

Service fees

  • Dhs. 1000 - Inspection of any construction site at the request of the Complainant, from 1 to 3 sites

  • Dhs. 300 - inspection of any other site at the request of the Complainant

  • Dhs. 2500 for inspection of any warehouse at the request of the Complainant
