Process

  • 1 Filling out the arbitration application
  • 2 Payment of the required fees
  • 3 Handing over the case documents
  • 4 Naming or authorizing the center to do so
  • 5 Attending hearings and following up before the jury formed for this purpose
  • 6 Receipt of the final award of the case

Service fees

  • Application fee of AED 500 is non-refundable

  • Administrative fees at 3% of the total amount claimed

  • Arbitrators' fees are determined in accordance with the applicable fee schedule at the time of application
