Process

  • 1 Filling an Arbitration Request
  • 2 Payment of Required Fees
  • 3 Submission of Case Documents
  • 4 Appointing an Arbitrator by Each Party or Delegating the Center to Do So
  • 5 Submission of the Case File to the Sole Arbitrator or the Tripartite Panel as Agreed in the Contract
