Registration Of The Cancellation/Modification Of The Grant (Complementary)

It is the process of cancelling or modifying the grant based on the request of the Grantor by virtue of the letter issued from the Legal Court.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department, Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

Service fees

  • AED 500 fees for the cancellation or modification of the grant

  • AED 350 fees for issuing of the ownership certificate or title deed.
