Registration Of Charity / Descendant Endowment

It is the process of endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit for charity work based on the request of the owner by virtue of an order from the legal court or the endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit from the name of the owner to the descendants by order of a court.

Required Documents

  • Letter of charity endowment certificate issued by the court

  • Business

  • Government Entities

  • Letter of registration of the supervisor of the endowment from the party requesting the registration of the endowment

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department, Fees Payment
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • AED 1,000 as fees for the registration of the family endowment.

  • AED 350 fees for issuing of title deed and site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
