Registration Of A Real Estate Or A Real Estate Unit By Distribution Between Partners

It is the process of distribution of various properties between partners, provided that each property or real estate unit shall be registered for each partner according to the agreement made between them or by the order of a court.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.

  • Valid UAE ID, or a valid passport for non-resident foreigners

  • No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • MOU between partners or court order

    • Business

  • The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.

  • Valid UAE ID, or a valid passport for non-resident foreigners

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • MOU between partners or court order

  • No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Download the E-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service fees

  • 1% of the value of the Real Estate or the Real Estate unit

  • AED 350 as fees for the issuance of a title deed or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.

Service Duration

  • 5 Minutes
