  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • A letter from the mortgage authority to obtain a replacement for lost or damaged one.

  • No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • Clearance of sanitation.

  • AED350.00 title deed or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
