Request For Issuance Roads Work Permits

A service that allows customers to request a permit to use one or two lanes of a road for corporate projects in addition to setting up wedding or funeral tents.

Required Documents

  • Commercial license for a tent installation company (wedding or funeral).

  • Permit request letter from the company

    • Government Entities

  • A request letter from the entity.

Process

  • 2 Initial approval from Roads & Infrastructure Department
  • 3 Paying service fees (there are no fees for wedding or funeral tents)
  • 4 Receiving the permit

Service fees

  • AED 500 one lane per day

  • AED 1000 two lanes per day

  • AED 7000 one lane per month

  • AED 10,000 two lanes per month
