Contractor Change Request

The service allows obtaining a building permit in the name of the new contractor by mutual consent at the request of the owner and terminating the contract with the previous contractor.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Contract termination form and agreement by mutual consent / or affidavit from Legal Affairs

  • An addendum to the supervision and contracting contracts

  • New approved contractor license

  • Structural Audit checklist

Process

  • 1 Submit the application via: the website: Ammar System - MPDA smart application and attach the required documents
  • 2 Processing the request
  • 3 .Insurance and fees shall be paid
  • 4 Receiving the license in the name of new contractor

Service fees

  • Contractor change fees: AED 500

  • Insurance fees: AED 2 / m² for all types of buildings, with a minimum of AED 500 for residential shades, AED 1,000 for annexes, AED 2,000 as a minimum for residential villas and Agricultural buildings, and AED 3,000 as a minimum for all types of buildings (non-residential/agricultural)
