Request To Add Full floor /roof

A service through which the customer requests to modify the number of floors allowed for the building height system by adding a floor or roof.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Official authorization or power of attorney if the applicant is not the owner of the land.

  • Determination of inheritance certificate from court if the applicant is one of the heirs.

  • A planning statement approved by the Planning and Survey Department - Planning Studies Department

  • Business

  • Government Entities

  • A letter from the government entity to the Municipality and Planning Department - Planning and Survey Departmen

Process

  • 1 Submit the request via Website : Ammar System -MPDA Smart Application
  • 2 Request processing within 5 days
  • 3 Notifying the customer of the transaction status via text message or email
  • 4 Paying fees and receiving the transaction electronically

Service fees

  • Appraisal fees: 5% of the land price at the time of submitting the request x the floor area used / the total floor area authorized for the land before addition

Service Duration

  • 5 Days
