Required Documents

  • Government Entities

  • A letter from the government entity addressed to the Municipality and Planning Department

Process

  • 1 Submit the request in Website - Ammar System or MPDA Smart Application
  • 2 Pay the fees online
  • 3 Processing the request within (5) five working days
  • 4 Approving and receiving the transaction electronically

Service fees

  • 5% of the land price at the time of application x the floor area used / the total authorized floor area of ​​the land before canceling the setback
