Process

  • 1 Submit the application via: Website: Customer Happiness Electronic Services
  • 2 Reviewing the plan and issuing approval within five business days
  • 3 Receipt of the follow-up card from the Roads Department
  • 4 Receipt of the permit to specify sidewalks and parking lots

Service fees

  • Follow-up card fees: 200 AED - extending services to one street or less AED 500 - extending services in one street or less or extending services to more than one street for lengths ranging from 5,000 meters to 10,000 meters AED 1,000 - extending services to more than one street for lengths ranging from 10,000 meters or more
