This service allows government institutions and corporates to hold national, sports, recreational, and educational events at parks and public facilities. It also allows individuals to hold family gatherings and birthday parties

Process

  • 1 Attending personally at the Department of Agriculture and Public Parks
  • 2 Filling out the “Event Organization at Gardens and Parks” form and submitting it in hand or via email
  • 3 Having the application reviewed by the Department of Agriculture and Public Parks
  • 4 Completing the transaction within one business day, unless it requires additional No-Objective Certificates from other departments
  • 5 Notifying customers of the request approval via phone call or email
