A government service that allows customers to obtain no-objection certificates to commence construction work (Organizing infrastructure services that require excavation work within the road reserve)

  • Business plans for which a no-objection certificate approved by the owner is required

Process

  • 1 Submit the application via: the website, customer happiness electronic services
  • 2 Processing and approving the request.
  • 3 Receive the certificate via the website and complete the procedures for obtaining the follow-up card
  • 4 Send payment authorization for customer via email (follow-up card)
  • 5 Pay the fees via the mobile app (MPDA) and send the payment receipt via email
  • 6 Receipt of the follow-up card via e-mail

Service fees

  • Service fees: free

  • Follow-up card fees: AED 200 - extension of services by one street or less AED 500 - extending services to more than one street for lengths ranging from 5,000 meters to 10,000 meters AED 1000: for providing services to more than one street, with lengths over 10,000 meters
