Issuing Clearance For No-Objection Certificates Request

A government service that allows customers to request a Clearance Certificate for the companies that obtained a No-Objection Certificate after completion of their assigned work processes.

  • No-Objection Certificate

  • A copy of the contractor’s valid commercial license issued by the Emirate of Ajman

Process

  • 1 Submit the request Website - Electronic customer happiness services
  • 2 Transaction study
  • 3 Approval of the request
  • 4 Send payment authorization via email
  • 5 Pay via the smart app and send the payment receipt via email
  • 6 Receipt of the follow-up card though e-mail address
  • 7 Receipt of the application via e-mail address

Service fees

  • Service Fees: Free

  • Follor-up card fees: AED 500 - extension of services by one street or less or extending services to one or more streets for lengths ranging from 5,000 meters to 10,000 meters AED 1000: for providing services to one or more streets, with lengths over 10,000 meters
