Request for Rental of Fixed Parking Lot

A government service that allows customers to rent a fixed parking lot in front of commercial or private buildings

Required Documents

    Business

  • Temporary parking lease: 1- Parking lot rental request filled out by the customer, 2- Valid Emirates ID Card, 3- Follow-up Card, 4- Copy of the site plan, 5- Copy of the parking spaces to be reserved or Makani number. 6- Lease contract number

  • Fixed parking:1- Parking lot rental request filled out by the customer, 2- Valid Emirates ID Card, 3- Copy of the site plan, 4- Copy of the parking spaces to be reserved or Makani number (in the event of a renewal request, attach the (previous) fixed parking rental certificate). 6- Lease contract number

    • Government Entities

  • An official letter from the government agency to provide fixed parking lots

Process

  • 1 Submit the request Website - Electronic customer happiness services
  • 2 Examining the submitted documents
  • 3 Field visit and site inspection
  • 4 Notify the customer of the approval for payment via the website
  • 5 Pay the fees at the website and receive the permit through the website.
  • 6 Installing the parking sign for (new) shops only

Service fees

  • AED 5,000 annually: for parking lots in dutiable sector districts/ (AED 2500 biannually)

  • AED 3,000 annually: for parking lots in non-dutiable sector districts/ (AED 1500 biannually)

  • AED 100: refundable parking rental plate insurance fees

  • AED 150: fixed parking transfer fees

  • Temporary Parking Rental Service Fee :One-day rental of parking spaces subject to fee 15 dirhams

  • Renting one parking space for a day in dirt parking and not subject to fees of 10 dirhams
