Request for Rental of Fixed Parking Lot

This service enables individuals and businesses to apply for the lease of a designated parking space in front of commercial shops and owner-occupied residential properties (not rented out), or to apply for a temporary parking space lease for companies only.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Attach a copy of the previous Parking Rental Permit Certificate.

  • Vehicle Ownership Documents (Maximum Two Vehicles)

  • House Ownership Deed

  • Clearance Certificate from Ems Group (if the property is located within Al Nuaimiya area).

  • Parking Permit Cancellation Request Letter

  • Parking Rental Permit Certificate

  • Permit Issued by the Ministry of Community Empowerment

  • Required Documents Based on the Type of Amendment.

  • Tenancy Contract Number.

  • Follow-up Card

  • Parking Space Rental Request Letter.

  • Lease Contract Number

  • Emirates ID or Passport (Valid)

  • Site plan

  • Photos of the parking spaces to be reserved .

  • Makani Number.

  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 3 Field visit and site inspection
  • 4 Notify the customer of the approval for payment via the website
  • 5 Log in to the available channels using UAE PASS
  • 6 Submit the application and attach the required documents.
  • 7 Notify the customer of the approval for payment via the website
  • 8 Paying the fees at the website and receive the permit
  • 9 Log in to the available channels using UAE PASS
  • 10 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 11 Site visit and site inspection (as needed)
  • 12 Notify the customer of the approval for payment via the website
  • 13 Paying the fees at the website and receive the permit
  • 14 -Installing the parking sign for (new) shops only
  • 15 Paying the fees at the website and receive the new permit
  • 16 Submit the service request via email or by visiting in person

  • 18 Conduct a field inspection to verify the applicant's ownership of the property
  • 19 Approve the application and notify the customer of the approval.

  • 39 Conduct a site visit to inspect the location
  • 40 Approve the application and install the People of Determination parking signage.
  • 41 Approve the cancellation request.

Service fees

  • AED 5,000 annually: fees for parking lots in dutiable sector districts/ (AED 2500 biannually) - AED 5000-2500

  • AED 3,000 annually: fees for parking lots in non-dutiable sector districts/ (AED 1500 biannually) - AED 5000-2500

  • refundable parking rental plate insurance fees - AED 100

  • fixed parking transfer fees - AED 150

  • Temporary Parking Rental Service Fee :One-day rental of parking spaces subject to fee - AED 15

  • Fees for renting one parking space for a day in dirt parking and not subject to fees - AED 10

  • Fine for late renewal. - AED 1000

  • No rental fees apply for residential parking spaces. - AED 0
