Parking Reservation Request

This service enables individuals to book a parking ticket for short or long periods.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • copy of passport or UAE ID card ( issued for Ajman Emiartes)

  • a letter to whom it may concern addressed to the competent department

  • a copy of the original rental contrac

  • A copy of the traffic permit. If the ownership is issued by the Emirate of Dubai, a permit from the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) must be provided.

    • Government Entities

  • A copy of the valid car ownership

  • Copy of the passport or a valid Emirates ID card.

Process

  • 1 Log in to the AjmanOne application using UAE Pass, or send a text message (SMS) to 5155
  • 2 Via the Mobile Application: Select the vehicle for which the parking space is to be reserved by choosing the vehicle code in the mobile application, then select the required parking duration. Via SMS: Send the vehicle code along with the required parking duration, in accordance with the approved SMS parking reservation procedure.
  • 3 Pay the required fees
  • 4 Submit the request via email: Parkingservices@am.gov.ae
  • 5 The reservation is confirmed through a customer notification via the application or SMS, indicating the reservation expiry time.
  • 6 Attach the required documents
  • 7 Payment of applicable fees for government and local entities, banks, customers, VIPs, and annual customer subscription cards.
  • 8 Receive an SMS notification confirming the approval of the application
  • 9 Log in to the AjmanOne application using UAE Pass
  • 10 Access the Emirates Parking service, choose the parking reservation option, and select the parking category (Senior Citizens)
  • 11 Approval of the Senior Citizens Parking Card issuance
  • 12 Log in to the AjmanOne application using UAE Pass
  • 13 Go to the Emirates Parking service, select Reserve a Parking Space, choose the parking type (VIP), and select a reservation duration of one year.
  • 14 Approve the issuance of your VIP Parking Permit.
  • 15 Log in to the AjmanOne application using UAE Pass
  • 16 Go to the Emirates Parking service, select Reserve a Parking Space, choose the parking type (Regular), and select a reservation duration of one year.
  • 17 Approve the issuance of your Annual Parking Subscription Permit.

  • Regular Parking Ticket Fee ( per hour) from half an hour to 5 hours : - Half an hour: AED 1 - One hour: AED 2 - AED 10-1

  • :VIP Parking Ticket Fee (per hour) from half an hour to 5 hours - Half an hour: AED 3 - One hour: AED 6 - AED 30-3

  • Parking Reservation Fee via du / Etisalat SMS: - One hour: AED 2.38 - AED 2.38

  • Long-Term Parking Reservation Fee: 10 days AED 100 20 days AED 200 30 days AED 300 - AED 300-100

  • VIP Parking Card Fee- Annual 6000 AED 2- Semi-annual 3000 AED 3- Quarterly 1500 AED - AED 6000-1500
