Rental Of Investment Lands

An annual investment contract that allows the beneficiary to use the leased land to carry out an activity at a fixed and agreed upon rate between the investor and the Department.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the request form with a study on the project through one of the service delivery channels
  • 2 Processing the request, issuing approval or rejection within 5 business days and notifying the customer
  • 3 Ratifying a contract (constitutive contract) or a permit between the two parties
  • 4 Collecting the rental value and handing the lessee a copy of the payment receipt
  • 5 Preparing an investment contract or a temporary permit for the lessee and providing the lessee with a copy
  • 6 Handing over the specified site to the lessee by the Investments Department
