Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. Process

1 Submit the request via Ajman Municipality & Planning Department Website
2 Attach the required documents
3 Processing the request within (1) one working day
4 Pay the fees and receiving the transaction electronically

Service fees

5% of the annual rent and the minimum is AED 1000 for one year Workers housing permit

50 AED for each worker
