Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. No objection certificate from Ajman Sanitation Company
Employee data from the company
A copy of the tenant’s economic license
A copy of the owner’s economic license if the owner is a company
Approval of the Public Health Department

Government Entities

Attestation form
A rental contract document for housing purposes
A copy of the Emirates ID card for both parties
A copy of the updated site plan with the building’s completion certificate and a copy of the agency if an agent exists
No objection certificate from Ajman Sewerage Company
Employee data from the company
A copy of the tenant’s economic license
A copy of the owner’s economic license if the owner is a company
Approval from the Public Health Department

Process

1 Submit the request via Ajman Municipality & Planning Department Website
2 attaching the documents
3 processing the request within one (1) working day
4 Pay the fees and receiving the transaction electronically

Service fees

5% of the annual rent with a minimum of AED 1000 for one year
AED 1000 Workers' accommodation permit
AED 1000 Inspection Fees
