Request for Initial Expert Registration

A service provided to individuals with experience in any commercial, financial, engineering, computational, legal or other technical or professional disciplines, to be available to individuals and arbitration bodies.

Required Documents

    Government Entities

  • Academic Qualifications

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Certificates of Work Experience, Training, Professional Memberships, and Other Relevant Documents Related to the Field of Expertise (if available)

  • A Copy of the Identification Document

  • Criminal Record Certificate (Good Conduct Certificate)

  • A Passport-Sized Photograph

  • Any Other Relevant Documents or Certificates that Provide Evidence of the Applicant's Experience in the Field of Arbitration

Process

  • 1 Filling and Submitting the Application Form for Registration in the Arbitrators and Experts Rosters
  • 2 submission of the file to the Center’s Board of Trustees for decision and recommendation
  • 3 payment of the registration fee for the current year and completion of the registration file; payment of the registration fee of AED 300
  • 4 Payment of a Non-Refundable Registration Fee of 200 AED
  • 5 Registering the Applicant as an Expert and Issuing a Certificate in Case of Approval
  • 6 attending a personal interview before the General Secretariat if required
  • 7 taking the oath before the Secretary General of the Center in the event of final approval

Service fees

  • Application Fee of 200 AED, Non-Refundable

  • Registration Fee of 300 AED per Year, Calculated to the Nearest Month
