Authentication Request for Commercial Contracts

A regulatory service to preserve the rights of both parties (lessor and lessee) in the emirate in accordance with the conditions and laws in force for economic activities.

Required Documents

    Business

  • Electronic contract 1-Attestation form 2- A copy of the tenant’s Emirates ID 3- Sanitation No Objection Certificate (not required in the Manama and Masfout area) + (not required if the building is connected to sanitation)

Process

  • 2 Submit the request via Ajman Municipality & Planning Department Website - Telephone application (to renew a commercial contract only) - WhatsApp 80026 to renew a commercial contract only
  • 3 Attach the required documents
  • 4 Processing the request within one business day
  • 5 Pay the fees and receive the contract electronically
  • 6 Digital contract Login using the digital ID and the request is approved by the tenant Pay the fees and receive the contract electronically

Service fees

  • (5%) of the annual rent, with a minimum of 500 dirhams

  • Approvals fees for health and environmental activities only and initial approvals: AED 500-1000

  • Ajman Sewerage fees for connected units only depending on the activity and the type of unit

  • cleaning fees as per activity
