Required Documents

    Business

  • No objection certificate issued by the unit owner (if the type of registration is authorized tenant)

  • NOC issued by the developer or management company: (For residential units, villas, residential complexes, or townhouses located within real estate development areas)

  • A document containing the electricity and water account number

  • Title deed for the property unit

  • Rental contract (for tenants)

  • Self-classification (optional)
