  • Letter from the mortgage authority

  • No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.

    • Business

  • The original title deed or ownership certificate

  • Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative.

  • NOC from Ajman Sewerage

  • Letter from the mortgage authority

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.

    • Government Entities

  • The original title deed or ownership certificate

  • Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative.

  • Letter from the mortgage authority

  • No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.

Process

  • 1 Receiving the parties concerned
  • 2 Ensure fulfillment of the requirements
  • 3 Provide customer’s number
  • 4 Receiving the transaction from the transactor
  • 5 Completing the service procedures in the system
  • 6 Payment of fees
  • 7 Receipt of Title Deed / Ownership Certificate / Mortgage Contract.

Service fees

  • 0.5% of the value of the mortgage with a minimum of AED 1,000.00

  • AED 350.00 fees for issuing of ownership certificate or title deed.
