  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Evaluate the property by the Real Estate Evaluation Committee
  • 5 Receiving the Valuation certificate via the Email

  • AED1,000.00 evaluation of a real estate unit

  • AED200.00 application for evaluation of a real estate

  • AED1,000.00 evaluation of a vacant land for all purposes

  • AED1,500.00evaluation of a residential/investment/agricultural real estate

  • AED3,000.00 evaluation of a commercial or industrial real estate

  • AED5,000.00 evaluation of a real estate project in the common ownership system

  • AED300.00 evaluation of inheritance or estate by order of a legal court

  • Multiplying the added value is calculated on the evaluation service
