  • 1 Submitting the reques throgh Website - Electronic customer happiness services
  • 2 paying the required fees and attaching the required documents
  • 3 If the documents are complete, the application will be accepted and the date of the field visit will be determined
  • 4 Notifying the customer of the status of the transaction through the system
