Authentication of Lease Contract for Residential Purposes

A regulatory service to preserve the rights of both parties (lessor and tenant) in the emirate according to Conditions and laws applicable to families living in residential units.

  • Electronic contract 1-Attestation form 2- A copy of the tenant’s passport 3- A copy of the tenant’s Emirates ID 4- Sanitation No Objection Certificate (not required in the Manama and Masfout area) + (not required if the building is connected to sanitation)

  • 2 Submit the application on: - the website - a certification system - Telephone application (to renew a residential contract only) - WhatsApp (to renew a residential contract only) - Ajman One (to renew a residential contract only)
  • 3 Attach the required documents
  • 4 Processing the request within one business day
  • 5 Pay the fees and receive the contract electronically
  • 6 Digital contract 1-Login using the digital ID and the request is approved by the tenant 2- Pay the fees and receive the contract electronically

Service fees

  • 2% of the rental value of the real estate unit based on the rental calculator, and the minimum service fee is AED 400 (for expatriates). As for the citizen, there are no fees
